About the event
As a registered attendee of the BME Design Symposium (this event), I understand that I may have access to confidential information. If I receive information from the class that is identified as confidential information, I agree that the sharing of such information with me will not constitute a public disclosure of the information and that I will maintain the confidentiality of such information and will not make it public or disclose it with anyone except with written permission of the disclosing party.
Confidential information will not include: (i) information that is or becomes publicly known through no fault of mine; (ii) information learned from a third party entitled to disclose such information; and (iii) information already known to or developed by me before receipt from the disclosing party, as shown by my prior written records.
